Tommy knows firsthand that of the many benefits yoga can offer - strength, flexibility, balance, et al - that peace of mind is one of its greatest gifts.  
As a former Marine and Iraq war veteran who was discharged early, but honorably for medical reasons in 2008, Tommy initially had a very difficult time assimilating to civilian life. But his long-term meditation practice drew him back into nature and that eventually rekindled the love he once knew for himself.

In touch with that self-love, Tommy sought out a healthier lifestyle which in turn brought him to yoga. Ever since that first class; his thirst for all things yoga continued to grow.
Within his first year of practice he felt moved to share the benefits of yoga beyond himself and to help serve others through teaching it. Tommy completed training 2015-16 200- Hour Handcrafted Yoga training program.
