Sean is a Certified Baptiste yoga teacher and Co-owner of Marin Power Yoga in the San Francisco Bay  area.  He started practicing Yoga to balance out his body from a life time of competitive sports. Sean found that yoga restored and lengthened his tight muscles, cured years of pain from injuries and also changed the way he dealt with stress and challenges of everyday life. Yoga crept into his body, soul and mind and transformed a reactive personality he developed from an early career in the Marine Corp.  Sean started training with Baron Baptiste in 2011 and has completed level one, two and three, The Art of assisting, The Advanced Art of assisting and has completed the Apprenticeship program for Assisting Baptiste weeklong programs. He looks forward to staying immersed in the Baptiste methodology and assisting programs in the future.

Sean is on the board of directors of Veterans Yoga Project where he is committed to being of service to veterans suffering from PTSD and the trauma of war fighting. Sean also teaches mindful yoga to incarcerated veterans inside San Quentin prison, under the direction of Prison Yoga Project. Sean is a student of The Chandra Bindu Tantra institute where his meditation practice has its roots. He has studied under the direction of Dawn Cartwright and has hosted and assisted programs with his wife Jennifer. Sean is committed to growing his practice through "asana, inquiry and meditation" and is eager to share what he has learned through his teaching.
