Michael J. Millios takes pride in and is deeply committed to helping Veterans and Service members. Mike developed a passion for mindfulness after realizing how much yoga and meditation helped in his life after Active Duty. Mike teaches yoga, meditation, and compassion based mindfulness in the Minnesota criminal justice system and Veterans community.
Mike graduated from Loyola University in Maryland and commissioned in the Army in 2003. He later graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2006. Mike served as an Army Judge Advocate on Active Duty for eight years before transitioning to his career as a civilian defense lawyer. Mike manages a small law firm dedicated to helping Veterans and Service members. Mike continues to serve an Adjunct Professor, U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s School, U.S. Army Reserve.
In his spare time, Mike coaches his son’s sports teams, plays hockey, and (of course) practices yoga and meditation.
