 Lisa King is a Holistic Practitioner who lives a completely organic lifestyle. She is a guardian of Mother Earth and all her inhabitants. A daughter, wife and mother of veterans; she is no stranger to Military Family Life.

Lisa has been a body worker for almost 20 years. She formally began her Yoga career as an apprentice with Yoga for Health. She completed her 200 hr YTT with Sacred Rivers, practices Kriya Yoga and has studied Yoga Therapy through IYT (Integrative Yoga Therapy), she is certified in Meridian Yoga, and has studied at Kripala. Lisa has expanded her practice as a Nationally Board Certified, Licensed Massage Therapist with study of reflexology, Deep Vein Thrombosis, Cupping, Arthritic Conditions, Sciatica, Pregnancy, Headaches: Causes/Trends, Access, Treat and Resolve, HIV & AIDS, Anxiety Disorders, and PTSD. She is a trained Child Birth Educator, Smoking Cessation Coach, and is trained in Rainbow Children Meditation Techniques.

Lisa utilizes energy work training in Qi Gong healing and breathing techniques, as well as Mana Lomi, Reiki, and Quantum Touch to assist her clients balance their body, mind and spirit. As a Master in Holistic Psychology, Lisa volunteers with the Jordon Porco Foundation as a Nine Out of Ten Ambassador educating others of warning signs of mental illness and mental health struggles. She is also an Ambassador with the One Love Foundation conducting workshops and educating young adults on signs and dangers of unhealthy relationships and how to help. Continuing her education Lisa plans to pursue a Master’s Degree in Psychology.

Through the training she has received from Dr. Daniel J Libby and the Veterans Yoga Project, Lisa conducts regular yoga classes to assist active duty and veterans use gratitude and mindfulness to manage addictions and the effects of trauma.

Lisa is not all work, she is an avid sailor, hiker, motorcyclist, bicyclist and can most often be found near the ocean. She immerses herself in the study of Indian, Buddhist and Hindu culture and art. With a deep love of mother earth, she believes we are all one and come from the one true source.
