YOGA POSES FOR EVERYONE

Seated Mountain pose

  1. Find a comfortable chair where your back is supported.

  2. Allow your feet to rest evenly on the ground beneath you.

  3. Allow your knees to be bent at a 90* angle. You may need to place a couple blocks under your feet.

  4. On your inhale, bring your shoulders to your ears and as you exhale, allow them to soften down your back.

  5. Soften your gaze.

  6. Your hands may rest comfortably in your lap, or extended by your side.

  7. Breathe.
