Jayme began yoga to recover from injuries, as a form of pain management and for emotional and mental therapy.  Completing the Mindful Resilience for Trauma Recovery Yoga teacher Training allowed Jayme to realize her passion for working with veterans could be linked with her passion for Yoga Medicine.  She looks forward to continually growing in her practice and with others.
