this 6-module self-paced training is designed for anyone who cares for others in a professional or personal capacity. It is medical and mental health professionals, family/spouse caregivers, first responders, yoga teachers, chaplains, criminal justice professionals, lawyers, and anyone else who experiences the burden of caring for others.
Caregivers in all of these settings at risk for symptoms of burnout, vicarious trauma, and persistent feelings of being overwhelmed. These symptoms are not inevitable, however. Taking a mindful approach to your work can transform your relationship with your care giving and with those you care for.
